To officiate hockey games within the World Ball Hockey Federation of World, you must become a certified official.

To obtain certification, you must be at minimum two years older then the division officiating and be able to attend a World Ball Hockey Federation of World clinic. Every year, this must be repeated.

The WBHF clinics are designed to optimize the instructional experience in an informative and enjoyable manner, taking into consideration an official's experience and current WBHF level. Within the WBHF we offer four types of clinics:

• New Referee Clinic for Youth
• New Referee Clinic for Adults
• Re-Certification for Adult Clinics
• Adult Ice Hockey Clinics
