First, we must thank all the players, team staff, fans and family that travel and support the competing nations and those that watch the streaming online, thank you.
We started in Usti, the Master's Worlds home team, Czech Republic proved to be too strong for the competition going undefeated en route to the Championship and they will look to defend in 2019.
The spotlight turned to Russia and Dmitrov where we witnessed great action in both the men's and women's divisions and crowing of new champions as the home nation, Russia would win the gold medals over Canada in the women's final and the Czech Republic would capture the men's championship.
Next up was the beautiful town of Nitra, Slovakia and the future stars of the game and again the WBHF showcased the BEST Juniors in the world! The Championships offered the U16, U18, U20 divisions and inaugural U14 boys and U20 girls. At the conclusion of the Championships there was very little separating the teams as we witnessed end-to-end action and close games and to the respective champions, U14-Slovakia, U16-Canada, U18-Canada, U20-Slovakia and Girls U20-Canada.
Lastly, we must thank the hosts and all the volunteers that worked tirelessly to ensure the events would be world class and enjoyed by all everyone.
We still have the World 3v3 Championships in November in the historic Bratislava, Slovakia.
The WBHF continues to be the RECOGNIZED LEADER FOR THE SPORT BALL HOCKEY in the world.
